What Activities to Use?
Girls vs Boys -great for
VBS and Sunday School (the group that collects the most quarters is honored),
have some kind of bell displayed during the week -the winner rings the bell each
day or at conclusion of the event (when possible, HLCC will deliver a bell to
be used), boys and girls can ring the bell based on the number of coin booklets
filled
What will
-Will
provide coin booklets at the number requested (more quarters are collected if a
coin booklet is provided each child/participant) - Will provide a representative to attend and/or make a
presentation in a daily VBS general session during the week or at the end of
the week recognition service -Will
provide stories to be used in daily VBS general sessions – Will “Ring the Bell” on campus to honor the church group.
What to do with collected
funds?
Deposit funds in church account.
Mail a check to: Highland Lakes Camp
and
. Deliver
the check to a camp representative if in attendance at the event.
*HLCC will provide a follow
up acknowledgement of the funds received.
