Meeting Spaces

Every meeting needs a meeting space, and with the choices available at Highland Lakes, you should find a room to suit any need.  Large groups can have the flexibility of a camp experience without limiting the number of participants by using the Art and Myrtle Little Conference Center (capacity of 450 in the main hall plus breakout rooms), or Providence Tabernacle (capacity of 450).

Smaller groups (10-75) will find comfortably sized, cozy meeting spaces in their own dorms.  This allows each group the option to be self-contained, no matter how many groups may be on campus at a time.  Customize your meeting space with your own table and chair arrangement, audio/visual equipment (as available), and lecture needs.  Each contract comes with a set-up checklist so that you can communicate your needs to our Guest Services team.
