Journey
June 16-20 ● July 6-10 ● July 14-18
(For Junior High and High School Students)
Journey Youth Camp offers an exciting camping experience designed specifically for students who have completed 7th-12th grade. Journey Youth Camp's primary objective is to provide students an environment where they can grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. All students experience thought-provoking Bible studies, guided quiet times, interactive small group discussions, recreational activities, incredible worship, challenging messages, and evangelism training. Journey Youth Camp will impact your student ministry, creating bonds and relationships that will endure beyond the weeklong experience.
What Journey Youth Camp Is All About
The sole purpose of Journey Youth Camp is to glorify and exalt the Lord Jesus Christ. He is worthy of all our worship, trust, and service. Therefore, we seek to lift his name high by focusing on the following objectives:
Pointing students to Jesus Christ (1 Corinthians 2:2)
Effectively communicating God's word (2 Timothy 3:16)
Encouraging students to worship (James 4:8)
Helping students experience spiritual intimacy (Galatians 6:2)
Challenging students to lead (1 Peter 4:10); and Supporting the local church (Galatians 6:10).
A Day at Journey Youth Camp
Campers will begin each day at Journey Youth Camp with a guided quiet time followed shortly thereafter by a group Bible study. Campers then divide up by church groups in order to participate in team recreation, choice time activities, and waterfront activities. Late in the afternoon, campers regroup for a camp-wide worship service and small-group discussion time.

Session 1: June 16-20
Worship Speaker: Jason Craft
Worship Praise Leader: Stephen Miller Band
Jason Craft has been in full time ministry since 1993 serving the body of Christ in many capacities. 1n 1993, Jason was led by God to begin Threshing Floor Ministries so that he might travel the country spreading the Good News and to call the Church to revival. In 2003, God began changing Jason's call from evangelism and preparing his heart to be a pastor. Messiah's House, the church Jason serves as Pastor and Senior Elder, was officially birthed in September of 2005. His desire is to walk intimately with Christ and to preach out of the overflow of what God is doing in his own life. He just wants to be a part of what God is doing. Jason is happily married to his high school sweetheart, Leanna, and together they have 4 beautiful children. www.messiahshouse.org

The foursome seeks to create an atmosphere where believers and non-believers can connect with Someone greater than themselves. Their combination of heart-felt lyrics, solid melodies, and ear-catching guitar riffs has become the signature for their music, and has allowed them to communicate a "realness" in what they sing and in what they live.
